By installing and using TikTok Pixel Auto-Activate, you agree to these Terms.
The app auto-injects a Shopify Web Pixel that forwards 12 standard customer events to TikTok's Events API (server-side CAPI). It also performs an optional mock funnel to activate your TikTok Pixel's lifecycle state.
The mock funnel sends 5 events (ViewContent, AddToCart, InitiateCheckout, AddPaymentInfo, Purchase) to your TikTok Pixel using crafted test data. TikTok may flag these events with an "Issue" badge in Business Center — this is intentional and prevents pollution of your real-traffic statistics. The mock is solely intended to unlock the "Active" lifecycle state, which enables Smart Performance Campaigns and conversion-based ad optimization.
Paid plans are billed through Shopify on a 30-day cycle. Trial periods, prorations, and cancellations follow Shopify's standard billing rules. Charges appear on your normal Shopify invoice.
The app is provided "as is". We do not guarantee TikTok will mark your Pixel as Active within any specific timeframe — typical activation is 30-60 minutes after mock funnel completion but depends on TikTok's internal processing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 25Tools' liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may uninstall the app at any time. Upon uninstall, your data is retained for 48 hours then permanently deleted (per Shopify's shop/redact webhook).
